Hello! My name is Jason (Jay) Clay Phipps, Jr

I came into the world on Monday, March 13, 2006 at 1:39 p.m.
My basic vitals are 7 pounds, 7 ounces and 20 inches long.
I've got red hair just like my pretty Mommy.
I was born at the Southview Hospital near Dayton, Ohio (Home of the Wright Brothers)

Since my Granddad owns this domain, he's letting me have all the space I want to introduce myself to the world.

My mommy started to learn how to prepare and care for me at The Liberty Godparent Home which is part of the Thomas Road Baptist Church. My mommy thought Liberty was too far from home so in November, 2005 she was accepted at the Darlene Bishop Home for Life which is more than just a place for future mommys. It is a mission of the Solid Rock Church and that's the first Church I attended at age 3 days. You can't hear too much about thelove of Jesus!

Update 06/13/17 (11 Years Later): Jay's had some issues, health - mental - social, but he's still loved and is still that red-head with the big smile
Thanks to the jeans on his father's side he is growning like a weed! He's well loved by his friends and a herd of folks at our church. Super-Jay, asour Pastor Mark calls him, is not without people who look forward with a smile, a hug and maybe a kiss, every time they see him!

Never did update this page to point out that Jay is the big brother, having half-brothers Jordan, Joel (little Joe), and Austin. Sadly, like many in today's society Jay may have to wait until their adulthood before being a part of their lives just like me, if God allows me to live that long. Jay's mommy needs prayer as she has made some very poor choices in life and lost Jay to the county who has now placed him into the system for adoption.

Jay - Always know that your granddad loves you more than these words can say, and Jesus loves you much, much more. I'll keep my same phone numbers for the rest of my life so borrow a kids phone at school or a park or somewhere and call me. I'm praying for you and your mom (my baby) every single day.
May God keep you both safe and lead your mom back to The Lord who loves her even more than me.

Update 03/13/19 Happy 13th Birthday Jay! How my heart goes out to you on this landmark day of yours. I am indeed with you in your heart as youare with me in mine. A day does not go by that I don't pray for you and even your Mom. Pastor Douglas has you in his prayers as well. It is wonderfulto hear that 92 year old saint pray for you as one of his own children. Bridget and Diamond have went to be with your Grandma Jones, only Tina remains. Now you are in your teenage years. I do hope somewhere deep there is a thought of me, maybe even a happy one. I think they happiest joy I could havewould be to hear that 'Hi Granddad' just one more time. Keep Christ in your heart of hearts, don't let anyone take that away from you. Learn for yourself, think for yourself, be yourself and know you are greatly loved.

Update 03/13/24 Happy 18th Birthday Jay! As I prepare to be able to walk by sight, like your great-grandmother and Pastor Douglas, I find myself praying for your health and safety even moreso. Life does go on, may your time on this earth be even longer than mine, your Grandma Jones, and even Pastor Douglas who missed 95 by a month. This is a nasty world I am leaving and you are here having to live in it. Don't ever give up or give in. You have strength you have yet to find. I speak of you often and pray for you daily. I've arranged for the Blendon Township house to be the home of your Aunt Jessica. Your 10th birthday poster is still on the living room wall, is yours if you ever want it. I love you Jay, more than these words could ever say. You are my 'happy place' and my only happy dreams on this earth. Thank you Jesus for the few years I had with 'my Jay'. Love, Granddad

Note: About 2-3 months after my graduation, whenever that is, all of this will vanish so copy it if you want it
